What the form keeps

When you send the contact form: your name, your e-mail address, your company if you give one, your profile (company, carrier, driver, other), your message, the language of the page and the network part of your IP address (not the whole address).

It is used to answer your message and for nothing else. It is kept for 365 days, then deleted.

What the site does not do

No cookies, no visit statistics, no advertising, no embedded social networks. Fonts and images are served from this site, so no other company learns of your visit. Your browser language is used to open the right version of the page; nothing is remembered.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or its deletion by writing to us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
